Marketing Representative Pekanbaru

Job Description :

1. Achieve business targets set by the company in the Pekanbaru area.
2. Recruit new SOB (Source of Business) partners to expand business opportunities and strengthen the network.
3. Conduct regular visits to dealers to obtain new business opportunities and support business closing from cash dealers.
4. Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, clients, and business partners.
5. Monitor and follow up on business prospects to ensure target achievement and business growth.
6. Prepare and submit regular reports to the Branch Head regarding achievements, business strategies, challenges, and problem-solving plans.
7. Handle administrative processes and documentation related to marketing activities and branch operations.
8. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Target-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
5. Good administrative and reporting skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
7. Willing to travel for dealer visits and business development activities.
8. Experience in relevant industry is an advantage.
