Job Description
We are searching for a dynamic and knowledgeable Coordinator to join PSI Project Expense Management & Grants Administration department.
Hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine
Responsibilities:
- Work with big number of contractual documents (contracts, amendments, deeds of acceptance etc.), including their tracking and filing
- Preparation of payment documents and verification of payments after their execution
- Maintenance of databases and tracking systems
- Preparation of documents for banks/tax authorities upon requests from sites
- Communication point for Accounting, Legal and Operations teams, as well as hospitals participating in the clinical research projects
Qualifications
- University degree
- Prior experience in document administration and management
- Financial and contractual experience is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate English, spoken and written
- Full working proficiency in Ukrainian
- Proficient user of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Critical and analytical thinking skills
