Applicant must be familiar with transportation of heavy machinery, installation and installation practices (including basic rigging requirements), installation equipment (mobile cranes, personnel lifts, fork lifts, etc.), jobsite scheduling of multiple trades, and jobsite safety.
- • Experience in submitting, reviewing, receiving, qualifying, and management of company and customer drawing and document submittals, either via e-mail or through customer document portals.
- • Prior experience with electric overhead travelling (EOT) crane manufacturing is an asset.

Job Description
JOB POSITION SUMMARY
Project Managers must take full responsibility for the projects they are assigned to manage and must invest the time and energy to fully understand the scope and requirements of each project needed to facilitate execution to meet the project expectation. Project Management must understand the impact of successful execution on all internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, finance, sales, and management) and to plan and execute with consideration of all stakeholder interests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and Distribute Minutes of the Meetings
- Organize and head Internal and External Kick off Meetings
- Project Budget and Financial Responsibility
- Manage Project document Submittals
- Manage Project Deliverables Schedule
- Witness and Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing)
- Organize and Coordinate Freight from Factory
- Organize and Coordinate Installation and Oversee all Site Activity
- Organize and Manage Site Wiring and Crane Commissioning
- Managing Customer Change Orders
- Support SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)
- Organize O&M Manuals
- Prepare Project Post Mortem Reporting and Lessons Learned
- Responsible for SAP Data Entry and Management as related to the Position
- Perform other duties as assigned.
