About the Role:

OMD’s Decisions Science team plays a vital role in ensuring that our clients realise the full potential of their marketing investment for maximum growth.

Consultants are a crucial part of our team, managing projects and leading client deliveries to enable clients to make the best decisions for their marketing investment & strategy.

You will thoroughly understand Marketing Mix Modelling and will have strong experience of leading small teams on analytical projects. Using your knowledge of creating econometric models and supporting the work of a team of Analysts & Senior Analysts, you will deliver clear, consultative insights in a way that positively influences clients’ marketing outputs.

Consultants are subject matter experts and the driving force of the team, distilling client questions into model form, overseeing projects from start to finish, and creating implementational outputs that improve our client’s marketing plans.

Required Skills:

Consultants combine technical knowledge with client-facing commercial skills. With a full understanding of the analytical techniques that inform our models, you will be a strong presenter with the ability to deliver MMM results to marketers and analytical teams alike. You will be able to show clients that you have a full understanding of analytical techniques and can explain them clearly.

The role requires exceptional attention to detail. With strong experience in econometrics, you will ensure all output is technically excellent and that all outputs are consistent, accurate and address all client business questions. You will have excellent knowledge of a scripting (e.g. R or Python, R preferred) and MS Excel.
