Experienced drivers must live within 90 miles of Memphis, TN

SOLO OTR DRIVERS

Enjoy steady freight, consistent miles, and 100% no-touch loads with regular home time between trips.

What to Expect:

• Typically 7–10 days out
• Home time between trips
• 100% no-touch freight
• Consistent year-round freight
• Late-model equipment
• Weekly pay

Solo Pay:

• Starting at $0.60 CPM, with pay based on experience
• Performance and safety bonuses available

DRIVER MENTOR OPPORTUNITIES

Experienced drivers looking to increase their earning potential can qualify to become a CDL-A Driver Mentor.

Mentors work one-on-one with new drivers during their required OTR training while receiving additional compensation and priority miles.

Typical Mentor Schedule:

• Approximately 11 days OTR per trainee
• Day 1: Observation
• Days 2–11: Qualifying training days
• Option to take home time or run solo between trainees

Mentor Compensation:

• Base pay starting at $0.60 CPM, based on experience
• Additional $0.10 CPM mentor/training pay
• Up to an additional $0.10 CPM productivity pay
• Potential to earn $0.80+ CPM
• Additional bonus opportunities may be available
• Weekly pay

Mentors also receive priority miles and use structured online training checklists to help guide new drivers through the program.

NEW CDL GRADUATES

Just earned your Class A CDL? Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply.

New drivers receive paid training and complete OTR training alongside an experienced mentor before transitioning into a solo position.

• Paid training provided
• Hands-on OTR experience with an experienced mentor
• Start at $0.35 CPM during training and while building your first 3 months of experience
• After completing 3 months of experience, eligible drivers can upgrade to standard solo pay starting at $0.60 CPM

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

For experienced solo and mentor positions:

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must live within 90 miles of Memphis, TN
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Recent CDL graduates may qualify for the training program without 3 months of prior tractor-trailer experience.
