What you will do
- Installs, maintains and repairs all mechanical and electrical systems and all machineries at the plant.
- Provide support to production in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- Complies with all necessary manufacturing codes, regulations and standards i.e. GMP, HACCP, WHIMIS, MSDS etc.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration activities. Maintain an updated record of PM.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve maintenance operations

- Completes Maintenance reports and logs as required
- Performs all tasks as per recommended job methods, procedures etc. as well as the preventive maintenance of plant production machines/equipment.
- Oversees installation, operation, maintenance and repairs of machines and equipment are ensure that they function according to specifications.
- Investigates equipment/machine failures and faulty operation and perform required repairs.
- Performs preventive maintenance to production and common areas.
- Performs and assists on other maintenance duties as required.
- Use power and hand tools and equipment in an efficient manner and maintain them in a clean operating condition.
- Complete work orders as assigned by Maintenance Manager and/or Senior Management/ Chief Engineer.

- Must have a Industrial Red Seal Ticket
- 4th class Power Engineer Ticket (Asset)
- Preferably with electrical/mechanical experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong preventive and troubleshooting ability.
- Able to pass a fit test mask and TRST supplied by Company.

Role:
Under limited supervision, assembles, troubleshoots and maintains all mechanical/electrical equipment and systems. Performs general maintenance, renovations and repairs of machines, equipment and other company’s property. Works closely with production team and contractors on maintenance matters.
Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday 8:30pm - 7am
