Responsibilities

• Participate in documenting and updating HR processes.
• Help test key HR processes to identify areas for improvement, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Cross-reference pre-established data to validate hypotheses and draft conclusions.
• Help draft standard HR procedures (SOPs) based on recommendations.
• The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Ressouces or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Curious and motivated to learn, with a structured analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-changing environment, resourceful, and ready to take on new challenges.
