Field Superintendent – Commercial Flooring

Nationwide Travel | ~$100K Base + Performance Bonus | Company-Paid Travel

Trueline is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Field Superintendent for a nationwide opportunity with a growing organization.

This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who knows commercial flooring, has directly managed hourly installation crews, and is comfortable traveling extensively throughout the U.S.

The typical travel rotation is approximately 6 weeks onsite followed by 1 week off, and candidates can live anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do

• Lead commercial flooring installations from start through punch and closeout
• Direct and manage hourly flooring installers and field crews
• Plan manpower, assign daily work, and keep crews productive
• Track labor hours, production rates, schedules, and project efficiency
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades
• Oversee site readiness, substrates, materials, installation quality, and safety
• Maintain daily field reports and project documentation
• Travel nationwide for active projects

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial flooring installation or field leadership experience
• Direct experience managing hourly employees/installers
• Strong knowledge of commercial flooring installation and sequencing
• Experience managing manpower, labor productivity, and schedules
• Ability to read flooring plans, drawings, and specifications
• Strong field leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable with extensive nationwide travel and a 6-weeks-on / 1-week-off rotation

Hospitality, hotel, casino, convention, or other large commercial flooring experience is a plus.

Experience with carpet, LVT, VCT, resilient flooring, sheet goods, tile, or specialty flooring is also valuable.
