Working closely with our product developers, we select and monitor vendors and suppliers who can meet our high engineering and quality standards. In addition, we perform regular auditing and undertake design and development engineering assignments to develop new products or update existing products. We’re also experts in establishing systems and procedures to enhance overall quality.

As a Senior Supplier Process Engineer, you will lead complex qualification builds, improve stability, and mentor teammates. You will contribute to design for manufacturability and drive automation across the delivery lifecycle.

You will:

• Design and implement process validations with strong statistical coverage.
• Triage and solve production issues with root cause analysis and prevention.
• Coordinate with operations and suppliers on readiness and sign-offs.
• Mentor engineers on SPC, capability improvement, and secure practices.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in modern process engineering and review standards.
• Experience with SPC, MSA, and automated data capture.
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of reducing defects and improving stability.
• Familiar with ME part, Keyboard or Antenna.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• ASQ CSSGB or CQE; OSHA/ESD awareness training
