The Redeemer Christian Church Residency is a two-year training plan designed to help potential ministers clarify their calling and receive practical, hands-on training and theological equipping in and among the church body. Here is the program's outline and objectives:

- Includes directed reading and discipleship, shadowing, training, and ministry opportunities
- Requires support-raising with and through Reliant Mission
- Ideal for college students, college grads, and seminary students
- Seminary support available for qualified applicants
- Most roles open to men and women
Residency Job Description
- Assigned Reading with Executive Pastor
- Shadowing, Training, and Ministry Opportunities with Ministry Directors
- Fundraising with Reliant Ministries
- Inclusion in monthly all-staff meetings, schedule permitting
- Inclusion in ministry team meetings (e.g. generational/youth/kids, worship, college, gospel community)
