Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that they have a positive experience. Your strength in customer service, office administration, and advanced technical skills will help foster strong client relationships and streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and service updates.
- Support client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
- Prepare client meeting materials.
- Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone communications.
- Assist with document collection, organization, and secure storage.
- Support compliance and record-keeping requirements.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
