Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to join our team in Tallinn! The Payment Operations organisation is responsible for ensuring that our customers’ payments flow smoothly. The organisation focuses on resolving issues surrounding the movement of funds, to deliver a fast and convenient payment experience for our customers.
As a Senior Payment Operations Analyst, you will be driving our analytics effort to build and optimise data models that are used to identify operational actions and customer friction points in the payment processing journey. You will also work on building an operational forecasting model to predict capacity based on the future workload demand.
This is a great opportunity for an analyst that has strong product thinking, understands customer pain points and is passionate about data modelling and building data pipelines. You will also be part of a wider team of 150+ analysts that you can collaborate with on cross-team projects, have knowledge sharing sessions and bring ideas on how we can improve analytics across Wise.

- Support the organisation’s drive to make data-driven decisions through improving the quality of our data assets through building scalable and efficient data pipelines. In addition, build the organisation’s confidence in planning future capacity through developing a robust forecasting model.
- Proactively contribute to, own, create and track key metrics and results for the organisation, keeping them accountable throughout the quarter. For example, understanding the forecast accuracy, and the data health of our pipelines.
- Expose the vast amount of data available to the organisation in a meaningful and actionable way and support other teams in discovering insights from data through meaningful reports and effective visualisations.
