Senior Business Technical Expert

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Business Technical Expert to serve as a critical technical bridge between our commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Services) and global R&D functions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in marine coatings to drive customer satisfaction, support new business development, and ensure seamless technical execution across projects and product solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to sales inquiries on product performance, application parameters, certifications, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate between customer needs and R&D to arrange testing, samples, field trials, and vendor qualification programs.
• Lead technical investigations and resolve customer complaints or on-site application issues.
• Liaise with global BTE, regulatory, and SME teams to align regional needs with global strategies.
• Join sales on customer visits for technical presentations or on-site troubleshooting.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Materials, or a related field.
• Solid technical knowledge of marine or protective coatings, with hands-on field experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.
