- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in board-level electronics design, analysis, and test.
- Expert knowledge of electrical engineering principles, circuit analysis, analog and digital electronics, power electronics, and power distribution.
- Extensive experience developing electrical engineering methodologies, electrical architectures, PCB designs, and hardware solutions for complex aerospace products.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, hardware integration, qualification testing, system interfaces, and multidisciplinary engineering integration.

- Proven ability to act as a technical authority on complex electrical engineering initiatives while guiding engineers and promoting engineering best practices.

- Proven success in debugging, root cause analysis, and design reviews.
- Strong working knowledge of adjacent fields, such as software and mechanical, that guides hardware design and system design.
- Expert-level proficiency in electronics design tools such as Altium.
- Extensive lab experience for bring-up and verification of new hardware.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

We are looking to add a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer to our team. If you enjoy working in a startup environment and are passionate about developing leading-edge electronics for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems, we would like to hear from you.
In this position, you will serve as a technical authority for the design, development, analysis, integration, and verification of electrical systems and hardware for products and platforms. This role contributes to product development by establishing electrical engineering methodologies, advancing electrical technologies, and leading the organization's most complex electrical engineering initiatives that improve product performance, reliability, and mission success.
Working cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, systems, software, manufacturing, integration and test, quality, and program teams, this role supports electrical design, analysis, integration, and verification throughout the product development lifecycle.
