Life on the team

The Enablement Lead is responsible for accelerating adoption, capability development and successful business utilisation of Automation and AI services across Computacenter. The role acts as the bridge between technology capabilities and business outcomes, ensuring employees, delivery teams and stakeholders can effectively leverage Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Fabric and Automation platforms.

The role drives enablement strategies, learning programmes, Communities of Practice, adoption campaigns and hands-on engagement activities that increase business value and AI maturity across the organisation.

What you’ll do

AI & Automation Adoption (25%)

• Develop and execute adoption strategies for AI and automation capabilities.
• Drive business engagement and identify opportunities to increase utilisation.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs and value metrics.
• Facilitate AI champions and Communities of Practice.

Capability Development & Training (25%)

• Create learning pathways for Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry and Fabric.
• Deliver workshops, bootcamps, office hours and enablement sessions.
• Establish accreditation and certification frameworks.
• Build reusable training assets and playbooks.

Business Engagement & Change Management (20%)

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand adoption barriers.
• Support change management and communication activities.
• Provide guidance on AI operating models and best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor for business units embarking on AI journeys.

Governance & Responsible AI (15%)

• Promote responsible AI practices and governance standards.
• Ensure adoption activities align to security and compliance requirements.
• Support AI governance forums and reporting.

Value Realisation & Continuous Improvement (15%)

• Measure business outcomes from AI deployments.
• Track success stories and realised benefits.
• Use feedback and metrics to improve enablement approaches.

What you’ll need

Essential Skills

• Experience leading technology adoption or enablement programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership experience.
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business language.
