Role:Test Analyst – Selenium Automation (Interview will be On 13th September 2017 and offers will be rolled out quickly) Duration: Full TIme Location: Chicago, IL
Qualifications Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred
- Experience in SQL and UNIX
- Experienced and conceptually strong in Functional Testing, Automation - an added advantage
- ISTQB/ISEB foundation or higher preferable
- Understanding of banking domain esp. wealth management and capital markets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Create Test Strategy, Test Plans and provide Test Estimates
- Build and execute test cases, Test scenarios and Test scripts for all assigned projects/enhancements to deliver a consistent and quality output
- Provide regular updates on progress of allocated Test designs and Test cases to ensure Testing deadlines are met
- Provide input into the analysis of relevant documents for assigned projects to determine Testing requirements
- Raise any defects found during Test and escalate in accordance with set procedures to ensure resolution of issues within appropriate time frames to minimize impact on project quality and schedule
- Interface with development and business stakeholders to drive project delivery
- Report testing metrics and run defect meetings and scrum calls
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
