The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and implementing projects for the software system (Emphasys) that supports the Housing Finance and Development Division’s database platform. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the onboarding of the software
• Develop and track a project plan, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities, including internal team meetings and weekly meetings with the vendor (Emphasys)
• Ensure projects comply with federal, state, and local housing finance regulations and program requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as primary liaison between internal and external departments, staff, leadership, vendors, consultants, and external partners
