We are looking to fill a key Maintenance Technician role in our high performing Escalator Service team in Adelaide. You will be providing servicing and maintenance of escalators, across various projects throughout Adelaide. You will also be supporting the annual checks of elevators throughout the region.
This role will be predominately have after hours work, nights and weekends.
What will you be doing?
- Attending to maintenance activities and repairs
- Attending breakdowns on Escalators
- Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards
- Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region
- An ability to start/finish at flexible times and work after-hours as required
What are we looking for?
- Registered electrical licence required
- Experience with Escalators or Elevators required
- Valid full Australian drivers licence
- Experiencing managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder’s expectations
- Motivated and self- starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
- Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
- A customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
