Job Description
Who You'll Work With
The Senior Commercial Counsel will serve as a trusted legal partner to Arista's business teams throughout Europe and globally, providing expert guidance on legal and compliance issues. This role requires a commercially minded lawyer with deep experience in structuring and negotiating complex agreements and partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including customer sales contracts, channel partner agreements, procurement agreements, and technology licensing arrangements.
- Advise business teams on EU and member-state regulatory requirements, GDPR compliance, export controls, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption programs.
- Identify and assess legal risks, propose practical solutions, and manage external counsel on disputes and specialized matters.
- Collaborate with senior executives across the company as a strategic partner, developing internal processes and templates to enhance efficiency and compliance awareness.
