Job Description
As a Pitch Manager, this role supports the operational backbone of high-impact new business pitches. It brings structure, clarity, and calm to fast-moving workstreams while enabling cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively. The Pitch Manager guides timelines, communications, and workflows to ensure every pitch runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate end-to-end pitch activities in partnership with Growth Leads and cross-functional teams
- Build and manage timelines with clear milestones, adjusting proactively as plans evolve
- Organize key meetings and ensure participants are prepared with the right context and materials
- Support alignment on roles, deliverables, and next steps across creative, strategy, client, and delivery teams
- Maintain accurate trackers and systems, including Salesforce, to support reliable submissions and reporting
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5 years of project management, pitch coordination, or operations experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Clear, concise, and proactive communication skills
- Proven ability to stay grounded and solution-oriented under pressure

Additional Information
This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick
This role offers a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 CAD with the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation based on team, company, and/or individual performance.
