Air Freight Operations Associate

We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Operations Agent to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in air freight operations and experience managing the complete handling of both import and export shipments. Experience with pricing is considered a strong advantage.

Profile

• Experience in the air freight industry.
• Strong knowledge of import and export processes.
• Experience with pricing is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
• A proactive, accurate and customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Takes ownership of responsibilities and proactively contributes to improving processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operational and administrative handling of import and export shipments.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, agents and suppliers.
• Prepare and verify all required transport and customs documentation.
• Monitor shipments and proactively communicate any delays or operational issues.
• Support pricing activities and prepare quotations when required.
• Contribute to delivering an efficient, reliable and high-quality service to our customers.
