Job Overview:
The Quality Analyst II performs inspections and quality verification of electrical equipment and assemblies used on photovoltaic projects with increasing independence. This role documents findings, supports process improvements, and helps ensure products meet established specifications and customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform inspections of manufacturing goods, electrical components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies with increased complexity and reduced supervision
Conduct dimensional and electrical inspections and identify defects or deviations from specifications
Document inspection results and non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions
Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, specifications, and product data sheets
Verify products meet internal and customer quality requirements prior to shipment
Support quality audits and equipment calibration activities
Assist in training entry-level Quality Analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
2–4+ years of experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or an associate degree preferred
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 manufacturing practices
Solid understanding of electrical components and assembly processes
Ability to interpret technical drawings of moderate complexity
Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
Basic root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
