Assistant Manager / Senior - Deal Advisory - Valuations and Financial Modelling

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunities available to join the Valuation and Financial Modelling team within our Deal Advisory department.

The day-to-day role will comprise of the following activities:

• preparation and completion of accurate financial models and sophisticated valuation analyses to support corporates and other clients;
• writing valuation reports and presentations;
• valuation related research;
• audit support and tax valuations;
• transaction modelling (including valuations and option appraisals);
• financial forecasting and scenario modelling;
• developing data models to support modelling and analytics deliverables;
• using analytical and visualisation software such as Copilot, Tableau, Power BI etc;
• liaising with clients, private equity firms, financial institutions and solicitors; and
• client interaction, preparation of deliverables and engagement on multiple projects across different geographies;
• preparation of marketing and thought leadership materials

The successful candidate will be and possess:

• analytical aptitude and possessing a high calibre foundation understanding of financial statements and various methodologies (such as DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, etc.);
• proficiency at financial modelling with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to write concise and perceptive written reports;
• strong communication skills and experience interacting with teammates and clients;
• strong academic profile, accountancy qualification, ACA, ACCA, CFA etc are advantageous but not required.
