Job Description Summary
In this role, the Service Account Leader – Ultrasound & PCS is responsible for leading Korea Service commercial execution across Ultrasound and PCS. This role drives service growth through direct and channel-led sales models, with strong focus on channel strategy, partner development, partner productivity, and channel governance.
The Service Commercial Leader - CCS will lead CCS Service Channel Managers, strengthen partner accountability, improve market coverage, and drive MSA, lifecycle solution, and service revenue growth. This role serves as the key commercial leader for Ultrasound and PCS Service business, working closely with Equipment Sales, Channel Partners, Service Delivery, OTR, Finance, and Service Growth teams to achieve sustainable business growth.
Job Description
[Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but not limited to)]
- Lead CCS Service commercial strategy and execution across Ultrasound and PCS.
- Achieve CCS Service Orders, Revenue, Margin, MSA, and lifecycle growth targets.
- Develop and execute channel strategy to improve market coverage, partner productivity, and customer engagement.
- Manage channel partner performance through business reviews, KPIs, governance, and corrective action plans.
- Develop partner capabilities through training, coaching, certification, and structured enablement programs.
- Drive partner accountability for pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, order conversion, and customer follow-up.
- Lead and coach CCS Service Channel Managers with clear priorities, operating rhythm, and performance expectations.
- Improve MSA capture rate, renewal rate, retention, and win-back performance across Ultrasound and PCS.
- Identify lifecycle solution opportunities across the CCS installed base and collaborate with Service Growth team to execute growth programs.
- Partner with Equipment Sales teams to integrate service offerings into new equipment deals.
- Work with Service Delivery and OTR teams to improve service execution, contract readiness, and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic customers, channel partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Capture market insights, competitive intelligence, and partner feedback to support portfolio and business planning.
- Support strategic customer engagements alongside channel partners to improve customer confidence and business conversion.
- Build a high-performing channel ecosystem that supports sustainable growth, stronger coverage, and consistent execution.

- Contribute to CCS account and channel plans with Equipment Sales, Service Growth, and Service Delivery teams.
- Educate channel partners and internal account teams on CCS Service offerings and lifecycle opportunities.
- Collaborate with Channel Partners, Service Growth, OTR, Finance, and Equipment Sales teams to secure business.
- Share and follow up identified service leads across Ultrasound, PCS, and One GE Healthcare accounts.
[Qualifications/Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of healthcare service sales, channel management, partner management, or medical technology commercial experience.
- Strong experience in channel strategy, partner development, partner governance, and indirect sales management.
- Proven ability to manage partner performance through KPIs, business reviews, and structured operating rhythm.
- Experience leading people, coaching teams, and managing performance.
- Strong understanding of service contracts, MSA, lifecycle solutions, and installed base business.
- Ability to work effectively with channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and business review skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex business issues and communicate clear action plans.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.
- Able to travel across Korea.
- Valid motor vehicle license preferred.
