Software Engineer (CTD, Hsinchu Taiwan)

Opportunity Overview

Work with multiple Engineering teams in different geographic locations and expertise to get information needed to solve customer problems.

Providing engineering, debug and experimental dll’s to the customer and report the results back to the factory support teams.

Use experience gained in prior cases to reproduce behavior when the customer has not provided all the information needed.

Keeping concise updates of support issue progress in our bug tracking system.

Prioritize incoming requests based on severity of the issue for the customer.

Being organized with attention to detail to ensure the correct options/updates are delivered to the right people.

• Programming experience in an object-oriented software. (C# and C++ is a plus).
• Strong Excel and VB scripting skills ( exposure to IG-XL VBT is a plus).
• Experience with version control software. (GitHub, Clearcase).
• Experience in Microsoft windows and Microsoft applications (Microsoft .NET infrastructure ).
• Experience in general debugging of application in Windows ( WinDBG, DebugDiag, Sysinternal tools ) .
• BS or MS in computer science, computer engineering, EE or related fields
• 5 years of experience in Automated test equipment in Semiconductor is a plus.
