協助房貸產品及行銷方案之擬訂、負責公司屋房貸款業務推廣、提供良好的客戶服務、受理房貸作業、徵信、簽約對保，協助撥款作業，同時協助輔導團隊新進人員，以達成公司房貸業務績效目標。

1. 銷售公司房貸商品，達成新增撥款額目標(每月新增撥款目標：3000萬~5000萬)
2. 開發及維護各業務通路，以提升案件受理量
3. 掌握優質客戶及徵信作業之確實報行，以控管房貸案件之品質
4. 協助房貸產品及行銷方案之擬訂
5. 協助新進人員之業務輔導、協部門各項行政作業
