Program Overview
Building Better Companies is a virtual learning series designed to educate college seniors entering full time investment banking roles, about the growing field of alternative asset management. We evaluate all applications to Building Better Companies and consider the following factors: (i) academic achievement; (ii) demonstrated interest in alternative asset management, and (iii) commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within your community and/or the financial services industry.
