The Marketing Manager will support the execution of marketing initiatives for PragerU Kids, helping drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness across digital channels. This role is highly execution-focused and requires a strong project manager who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, keep projects moving, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role is about turning marketing priorities into action—building campaigns, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring performance, and following projects through to completion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute PragerU Kids marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, ecommerce, partnerships, and other digital channels
- Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate the promotion of content, programming, products, educational resources, and books
- Project manage marketing initiatives, timelines, deliverables, assets, and approvals from planning through completion
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, Social Media, Communications, Development, and other teams to execute integrated campaigns
- Support audience growth and engagement initiatives and identify opportunities to expand the PragerU Kids audience
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics; prepare reports and recommend opportunities to improve results
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and identify relevant platforms, tools, partnerships, and outreach opportunities
- Serve as a day-to-day marketing resource and brand advocate for PragerU Kids, proactively addressing roadblocks and keeping projects moving forward
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, project management, or a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to take direction and independently drive projects through to completion
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience growth, and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Experience with email marketing, paid advertising, ecommerce, social media, or other digital marketing channels
- Experience marketing kids, family, educational, or youth-focused content is strongly preferred, but not required
- Experience marketing products on Amazon is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor performance, interpret marketing data, and make recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives
- Passion for PragerU’s mission and a proactive, results-oriented mindset

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $85,000 - $110,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
