Job Description

  • Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners;
  • Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures;
  • Ensure effective project governance through contract compliance monitoring, reporting, and risk management activities;
  • Support claims management activities, including claim preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution;
  • Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure organizational interests are protected;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address contractual issues;
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and resolving any discrepancies;
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records;
  • Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices;
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contract-related risks;
  • Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and claims;
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Coordinators in managing projects;
  • Support Project Managers and Department Managers in drafting contractual correspondence;
  • Play an active role in the project reviews, including financial part, by supporting the PMs with the risk assessment and quantification;
  • Actively participate in the tender phase, by giving input at offers preparation;
  • Liaise with the central CM Team.
