Night Auditor, Marriott Lakeway, Metairie LA

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Respond to guest requests promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely manner
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Perform night audit duties as needed
• PERFORM VALET DUTIES AS NEEDED

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles
• Proven ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• Flexibility to work night shifts as required
