Job Summary:
HKEX strategizes to focus on applying new technologies to modernize our core functions in order to enable greater efficiency in our operations and deliver new services to our market. We are looking for a strong talent with IT services management knowledge and experience to join our IT Service Management Operation Team under Technology Service Management. This role supports daily operations in Identity and Access Management (IAM) as well as providing improvement recommendations to the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform and account management platform.
The Technology Service Operations (TSO) covers Services Management processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database, Production Account Management, Identity Governance and Administration. Candidate with relevant knowledge in these disciplines will have an advantage.
Candidate should have a customer service mind-set to drive process improvement, push for operational efficiency and value.
Job Duties:
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in IAM (Identity and Access Management) projects and initiatives.
- Work with internal customers, technical teams, and application owners to gather and analyze access requirements, and support application onboarding and integration with IAM platforms.
- Support the administration of user accounts and access privileges within the organization’s identity and access management systems.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
- Work closely with the IAM team to structure and improve identity governance processes and privileged access management lifecycle.
- Provide reports and dashboards to facilitate review of user access registration, provisioning, authentication and access recertification.
- Identify improvement opportunities and work together with the IAM team to design and implement solutions to resolve problems and enhance processes.
- Work with various teams to ensure the identity and access management systems align with security policies, standards, and the overall IAM strategy.
- Participate in IAM audits and regular reviews to identify potential risks and ensure compliance.
- Document IAM processes and procedures, develop training materials and deliver training to new users on the IAM system and processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), or a related field.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices. Candidate with relevant information security certificate is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint and CyberArk, along with experience in application onboarding, system integration, or IAM implementation, and familiarity with technologies such as REST API, Active Directory, JDBC, or SCIM, is preferred.
- Knowledge of automation, scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and secure credential management (e.g., SSH keys, digital certificates, and secrets management) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong project implementation capabilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude.
