Distribution Center Administration (m/f/d) Part-Time

OVERVIEW

Working as Part-Time Distribution Center Administration, you will be responsible for completing the onboarding training process for new employees. You will also support various administrative functions at our distribution center located at Burgemeester van der Leestraat 500, 3316 LS, Dodrecht, Netherlands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assisting distribution center managers in posting jobs, completing interviews and documenting appropriately
• Training and onboarding new employees regarding FSB trainings, time cards, layout of building etc.
• Completing various administrative tasks such as answering phones, emails and filing
• Complying with safety regulations

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

• Prior administrative/customer service experience OR industry experience and product knowledge
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

PREFERED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess or are working towards a degree in Human Resources, Administration, Communication OR have relevant administrative work experience
