Payment Product Manager

💰 Salary: CNY 25,000 – 40,000 / Month

Job Responsibilities

Plan, design, and optimize payment products and payment workflows.

Gather business requirements and prepare PRDs for product development.

Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Business Development, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver product features.

Manage payment channel integrations, including PSPs, acquiring banks, and local payment methods.

Monitor product performance and continuously improve payment success rates and user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.

5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4 years in Payment, FinTech, PSP, or Cross-border Payment.

Familiar with payment gateways, payment routing, merchant acquiring, settlement, or payment APIs.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PSP, Payment Gateway, Acquiring, Cross-border Payment, or iGaming Payment.

Experience working with Visa, Mastercard, local payment methods, or digital wallets is a plus.
