About the Role:
As the Facilities Technician Lead, your primary responsibility will be to utilize advanced skills in performing complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, you will also monitor the operations and performance of building systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency requirements, and company directives related to building operations and maintaining a safe working environment. Additionally, as the Facilities Engineering Lead, you will apply multiple trade skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- A minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operating and maintaining building equipment
- Working knowledge of Mechanical and Fire Systems
- Experience working with CMMS or related work order management systems
- Experience working with Google Chrome, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
