Objetivo del Puesto:

Asegurar el pago correcto y puntual a los proveedores de la empresa a traves de la captura oportuna de las facturas de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos.

Principales Responsabilidades:

• Asegurar el procesamiento de facturas para pago a proveedores en Mexico
• Interactuar con proveedores para solucionar cualquier problema con la facturación.
• Administrar las requisiciones de cheque para pago.
• Monitorear las actualizaciones de requisiciones y órdenes de compra detenidas, con el fin de procesar las facturas de manera oportuna.
• Asegurar la provision de todas aquellas facturas recibidas y no pagadas al cierre de Mes
• Programar y calcular los pagos a los Proveedores en base a las políticas de la Empresa
