Essential Duties:

Onboarding Function – Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients and support the successful implementation of notification applications and services in accordance with corporate and departmental policies and procedures.

  • Manage the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through successful deployment.
  • Stay current with notification products, services, and industry best practices through ongoing training and development.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Gather, verify, and validate client requirements to ensure accurate application setup and long-term supportability.
  • Coordinate project implementation activities, including reviewing site surveys, creating application handoff documentation, configuring applications, and establishing operational processes.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to confirm orders, discuss implementation timelines, and provide training and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Establish and manage project plans as needed to ensure timely and successful completion of client implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to effectively resolve issues and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions within the customer database.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products, services, and features that may enhance their business operations.

Location This role will be based out of Notified Office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formely Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel-Air, Makati City. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.  - for Philippines applicant

This role will be based in Hong Kong. Please note that we offer a permanent work-from-home setup for this position. We expect employees to maintain a reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment to effectively perform their responsibilities. - for Hongkong applicants

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required. Candidates must be able to confidently speak, read, and write in both languages, as this role involves supporting and communicating with a diverse client base across the APAC region.
  • Please note that candidates who are proficient in only Mandarin or only English will not be considered. We are specifically seeking bilingual professionals with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in client onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
  • Cantonese language proficiency is highly desirable and would be considered a significant advantage.

Work Schedule

  • This position follows a fixed APAC schedule, supporting clients across the Asia-Pacific region 9:00AM – 6:00PM HKT | 9:00AM – 6:00PM PHST
