The Marketing Manager is a brand advocate for Radiometer’s product portfolio in terms of brand strategies with lead generating tools and initiatives and responsible for projects covering all product areas and must know the difference between a feature, a benefit, and a value proposition for a product. In addition, develop and execute global campaigns to drive lead generation, the Marketing Manager will support the local campaigns, with the aim to reduce time-to-market and speed up the implementation.
This position is part of the Marketing function located in Bangalore and will be working in an onsite set-up. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive revenue and profitability growth objective for India and neighbouring markets
- Conduct market research and assessment to identify new opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Transform Voice of Customer (VOC), product features and benefits into world-class marketing campaigns including digital marketing by identifying the customer buyer’s journey and key target audiences.
- Proactively design, plan and execute initiatives to support demand through leads generation and a funnel-based approach that ultimately results in revenue growth. Monitor campaign performance to ensure campaigns deliver SQLs according to plan.
- Build, develop, and lead regional team of Marketing professionals responsible for development and execution of lead generation, lead qualification, search marketing, social media, tradeshows, PR and other marketing communication activities.
- Actively collaborate with the sales team to build a strategic plan including assessment of impact of new product landscape, competitive dynamics, market dynamics, consumer behaviour, improved distribution opportunities and individual product/ solutions value proposition – to drive both topline and product standard margins for overall P&L
- Build strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) & reference sites to support our product portfolio. Actively represent Radiometer at key local events such as Trade Shows, Conference, Symposium, Seminars, Webinars.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Educational qualification – Bachelor/master’s in science or MBA equivalent with a functional background that has significant experience of the Healthcare & Diagnostics landscape in the Indian market with a minimum of 10+ years successful marketing management experience
- At least 3 years’ proven experience in leading a team
- Hands on experience of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, email, social) fundamentals
- Proven ability to create successful content and campaign materials beyond product collaterals.
- Strong understanding of P&L and high degree of comfort in using latest tools such as Mekko
- Must have excellent communication, presentation skills and the ability to deliver complex information in a simplified manner to various stakeholders & market segment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Strong track record of success in strategic business planning with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience of having managed a sales function in the past
