How you’ll make an impact:

  • Monitor inventory levels and generate requisitions, receive raw materials in JDE and/or Maximo based on the purchasing priority list, notify finance of receipt of indirect materials for payment to vendors.
  • Replenish inventory system levels and deliver between warehouse areas.
  • Distribute and coordinate the work of shift teams, as well as oversee their execution of work activities by the team

What you'll need (Required):

  • Secondary Education & Technical Degree in warehouse and logistics management, business management or related.
  • 2 - 3 years of previous related experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of free trade zone regulations.
  • Availability to work in Shift A (Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).
  • Availability to work in La Lima, Cartago.

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and/or manufacturing system (e.g., JDE).
  • Experience in medical device industry.
  • Able to read, comprehend and write English, and perform good mathematical skills.
  • Proven leadership and analytical skills to coordinate priorities and assign resources.
  • Strong communication skills, e.g., providing work instructions, using tact and diplomacy to resolve disputes.
  • Strict attention to detail and accuracy.
