Job Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst - UX Specialist role is responsible for transforming complex supply chain data and information into intuitive, user-centred digital experiences that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role ensures that supply chain, dashboards, control towers, and digital products are user-centred gaging, and aligned to the needs of users across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics as well as supply chain leaders. This role supports the Digital Supply Chain Insights and Intelligence Team strategy by turning complex and data into clear, actionable, and high value.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
- Lead user experience strategy and design across Digital Supply Chain, including E2E visibility, control towers, performance management, and workflow-based tools.
- Partner with Product Owners, engineers, and business stakeholders, actively seek to understand business requirements to create user-centred digital products that improve operational execution and adoption.
- Partner with analytics and data teams to present KPIs and insights in ways that are actionable and trusted.
- Translate unclear concepts and supply chain processes, user pain points, and decision moments into effective and intuitive interfaces, alerts, and workflows.
- Leverage strong visual design, data visualization, dashboard design and user-centred design skills to create intuitive, compelling, and actionable insights and intelligence solutions that enable supply chain users to quickly interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Establish UX standards, design patterns, and research practices for Digital Supply Chain products.
- Ensure products support exception-based work, rapid decision-making, and role-based visibility across the network.
- Drive usability testing and iterative design improvements with global user groups.
- Develop best-practice UX playbooks, design standards, and visualization guidelines that enable analysts and business teams to consistently create high-quality user experiences across future initiatives.
- Partner with supply chain teams to improve the usability, visual design, and effectiveness of factory and operational dashboards.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by building trusted relationships, aligning stakeholders, and driving effective communication to achieve shared business outcomes.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, specializing in UX design
- Experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, logistics, or procurement.
- Familiarity with control towers, dashboards and business intelligence, intelligence workflows, scenario modelling and exception-management design patterns.
- Experience designing for global teams, role-based interfaces, and enterprise transformation programs.
- Significant experience in UX, product design, service design, or human-centred design for enterprise platforms.
- Experience designing for operational, workflow-heavy, or data-rich environments.
- Strong capability in user research, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and data into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, data, and business teams.
- Experience driving adoption through user-centred design.
- Experience using BI solutions (e.g. Tableau, Sisense, Power BI, Streamlit) and extracting information from data warehouses (eg. Snowflake)
