Job Summary**

Pop Mart Hong Kong Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Central Park location. This role is crucial in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, driving sales, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our store.

Job Responsibilities**

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Actively assist customers in selecting products, offering recommendations, and answering questions about Pop Mart merchandise, including blind boxes, figures, and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring proper product placement.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints with professionalism and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security, cash handling, and customer service.
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures as required.
• Stay up-to-date with new product releases, promotions, and company news.

Job Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a collectible, toy, or lifestyle brand environment.
• Demonstrated passion for Pop Mart products or similar collectible items is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to helping shoppers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are a significant advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
