Right now, we are looking for a QA Lead Engineer
This role includes overall responsibility for coordinating quarterly product inspections and close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Life Cycle Engineering, and Regulatory Compliance. The position also involves maintaining and updating Constructional Data Reports (CDR) and managing design updates for identified critical components.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead quarterly ETL, UL and MET audits in accordance with established processes
- Collaborate with certification bodies (e.g., Intertek) to maintain and update certification documentation, including CDRs
- Work cross-functionally with Regulatory Compliance and Life Cycle Engineering to initiate and implement design changes
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable electrical safety standards
- Contribute to ASME certification projects and provide CE, Customer Engineer support when required
- Support in other QA processes

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience working with electrical safety standards
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Residing in Umeå or a nearby area with the ability to commute to our site on a daily basis
We believe you bring several years of experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and have solid knowledge of electrical safety standards. Experience from a QA environment is considered an advantage but is not required.
