Job Details

Essential Duties

  • Act as project leader for medium- to large-scale manufacturing projects to ensure manufacturing success through cross-functional collaboration with other business units, coordination of overall project and budget management.
  • Ensure that production processes and systems as well as our product designs for both existing and new products produce the highest possible quality (consistency) and lowest possible cost.
  • Responsible for driving multiple improvement programs through to implementation and following-up on the results achieved, including: Quality Monitoring and Actions, Production Efficiency, Improve Assembly Methods, Document and Implement Approved Changes.
  • May be the project leader on Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and Cost Improvement Projects, 5S, Kaizen events.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required Bachelor's Degree Engineering
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Preferred Master's Degree Engineering

Experience

  • 4+ years with BS (internship time will be considered)
  • 3+ years with MS

Skills

  • Process Improvement

  • Microfluidics Manufacturing, Design and Application Experience
  • Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting

Pay Transparency

The base salary actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for a sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role. In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees.

The Pay Range for this role is:

€55,500.00-€83,300.00/Annual

For Sales roles, the range reflects on target earnings, which includes both base salary and sales incentive target.
