General Description:
The SAP Ariba Integration Manager serves as the technical owner for SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), responsible for the development, support, configuration, and continuous improvement of supplier integration capabilities within BeOne's global procurement ecosystem. The role partners with Procurement, Finance, SAP, suppliers, and integration teams to deliver stable, scalable, and compliant electronic transaction processing while driving automation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across the Source-to-Pay landscape.
Essential Functions of the Job:
As a procurement integration engineer, you will work hands-on across operational support, enhancement delivery, strategic initiatives, and platform governance while collaborating closely with procurement, audit and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) configurations.
- Design, build, continuously improve and maintain Ariba integrations (SAP ERP/S4 via CIG, other APIs, middleware technologies).
- Support master data integration (suppliers, materials, purchasing data).
- Establish integration standards, monitoring frameworks, and alerting mechanisms.
- Document integration architecture and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data standards.
- Develop and support APIs, web services, and middleware integrations (CPI, PI/PO).
- Perform end-to-end testing, monitoring, and optimization of interfaces.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance issues. supervise interfaces, analyze logs and payloads, resolve data issues, and ensure reliable system communication.
- Drive automation and resiliency improvements in integration pipelines.
- Partner with GTS teams on platform strategy, cloud architecture, and security. Support in technical design reviews and solution governance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Ariba technical/integration roles.
- Hands-on experience with Ariba CIG and integration frameworks experience supporting integrations between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA or external systems using CIG, CPI, and APIs.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (event-driven, batch, real-time)
- Knowledge of IDocs, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and data mapping.
- Understanding of procurement data models and ERP structures.
- Able to supervise interfaces, analyze logs and payloads, resolve data issues, and ensure reliable system communication.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with debugging issues across systems (Ariba, S/4HANA, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of integrations (IDocs, APIs, middleware).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Life sciences/pharmaceutical experience in regulated environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP CPI, APIs, middleware, and data mapping
- SAP Ariba and/or SAP certifications.
- Experienced working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment

Salary Range Poland: 240,000.00 PLN - 300,000.00 PLN
