Pigment is the AI-powered business planning and performance management platform built for agility and scale. We connect people, data and processes in one intuitive, feature-rich solution, empowering teams from Finance to HR to build, adapt and align strategic plans in real time.

Founded in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally. Industry leaders including Unilever, Snowflake, Siemens and DPD use Pigment to make better-informed decisions and confidently navigate change.

With a team of more than 600 people across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco and Austin, we have raised nearly $400 million from leading investors and were named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software.

At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas and challenge the status quo while working as one team. If you are driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Toronto, following a hybrid working model linked to our Toronto office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner directly with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify talent needs, with a primary focus on sourcing, engaging and closing high-performing candidates across a broad range of GTM roles.
  • Develop creative, headhunting-led strategies to engage passive, top-tier SaaS talent through market mapping, targeted outreach and industry intelligence.
  • Screen and assess candidates against both values alignment and the technical or commercial competencies required for each role.
  • Deliver a seamless, transparent and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders by coaching interview teams and sharing recruitment best practices.
  • Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify successful approaches, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen and scale the Talent Acquisition team’s processes, tools and operating model.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment, including experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector.
  • You have strong headhunting skills and can move between volume hiring and retained-search approaches as required.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking on challenges hands-on.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can build trusted relationships with candidates and colleagues.
  • You are confident using productivity and recruitment tools and manage competing priorities in a structured way.
  • You are curious, enjoy learning and work effectively with autonomy.
  • You are pragmatic and solve problems quickly.
  • You are analytical, rigorous and attentive to detail.
  • You thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments.
  • You are AI-savvy and technology-forward.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive package, including a highly competitive base salary, equity and comprehensive benefits.
  • A modern office in the heart of Toronto.
  • A flexible, remote-friendly environment.
  • High-quality equipment, subject to stock and availability, to help you do your best work.

How We Work:

  • Thrive Together: We win as one team, take ownership and do the right thing for colleagues, customers, partners and the planet.
  • Never Settle: We bring rigour and ambition to our work and continually improve how we deliver.
  • Go for It: We favour action, learn from every step and use those lessons to move closer to our mission.
  • Be Real, Be Humble: We give generous feedback, remain open to changing our views and approach one another with empathy.
  • Champion Our Customers: We focus on what matters, bring clarity to complexity and help our customers succeed.

Salary Range from $100,000 CAD +
