We are looking for GIS Data & Analytics Officer or Mapping & GIS Analyst.

The requirements mainly focus on:

• Integrate the ICRC T&I team that is in charge to maintain the GIS software.
• Administer the Esri based servers :
• Strong knowledge and experience on ArcGIS Enterprise – version 11.5 , in a Windows environment
• SDE databases on a MS SQL Server
• Survey123 website
• ArcGIS Monitor
• Perform common maintenance tasks
• Patches installation
• Certificates renewal
• Monitor the server resources
• Investigate on performance issues (server load, REST services optimization, …)
• Administer the FME Flow software:
• Publish workspaces
• Debug workspace failures
• Organize and optimize scheduled workspaces
• Work with Azure DevOps:
• Code repository (git)
• Deployment pipelines
• Deploy / maintain containerized applications on OpenShift
• Provide end user technical support
• Use of ArcGIS Pro (basic to advanced use-cases)
• Use of Survey123
• Use of Portal for ArcGIS components (Maps, Layers, Experience Builder, …)
• Use of Q-GIS
• Other products to administer / maintain:
• GeoServer
• Tileserver-gl
• Maintain and improve the technical documentation
• GIS tools evolution : technology watch / pro-activity on advice for tools selection for GIS users
• Additional competencies around GIS programming
• Python, ArcPy
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript
• Modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
