The Technical Program Manager (TPM) leads cross-functional programs focused on IT hardware integration and delivery for enterprise clients.
As part of our Foundry integration team, you’ll manage programs that combine server, storage, networking, and infrastructure technologies into cohesive, customer-ready solutions. You’ll coordinate technical efforts across engineering, supply chain, warehouse, and production teams — ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
This role requires technical acumen, solid organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware integration projects from concept through deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Technical Coordination: Work closely with systems engineers, solution architects, and field teams to ensure alignment on requirements, integration specifications, and testing procedures.
- Customer Interface: Act as a key liaison between technical teams and clients, managing expectations, communicating progress, and addressing risks or issues proactively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive coordination among engineering, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams throughout the program lifecycle.
- Vendor Engagement: Partner with OEMs, component suppliers, and service partners to track deliverables, validate configurations, and support issue resolution.
- Process & Quality Management: Maintain documentation, track program metrics, and ensure compliance with integration standards and quality controls.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and best practices in program management and hardware delivery execution.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects within IT hardware, infrastructure, or system integration environments.
- Demonstrated success coordinating complex programs that involve multiple hardware and infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, etc.).
- Strong understanding of hardware integration processes, validation testing, and release management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AHEAD project management tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce).
Preferred Skills
- PMP or Agile certification.
- Experience in data center, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure deployments.
- Familiarity with hardware lifecycle management (NPI, configuration control, change management).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, client-driven environment.
