Events & Equipment Marketing Coordinator (Parental Leave Contract)

We're seeking an organised and proactive Events & Equipment Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team on a fixed term 12-month parental leave contract.

About the Role

As the Events & Equipment Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering Henry Schein's Continuing Education program for dental professionals across Australia. This includes coordinating face-to-face courses, webinars, virtual events, and educational marketing campaigns that support both clinical education and our Equipment Division.

Working closely with Brand Managers, suppliers, clinicians, State Managers, and Sales teams, you will take ownership of the event journey from planning and promotion through to execution and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating face-to-face courses, webinars, and virtual events from planning through to delivery.
• Managing event registrations, attendee communications, venues, catering, and logistics.
• Creating and coordinating EDMs, landing pages, and social media content to promote events.
• Working closely with Brand Managers, suppliers, clinicians, Sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Hosting and supporting evening webinars, including presenter rehearsals and post event reporting.
• Monitoring registrations and implementing promotional activities to drive attendance.
• Supporting Equipment Division marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintaining accurate event records and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Occasional interstate travel for events.

About you & What you will bring:

• Experience coordinating events, webinars, training programs, or educational activities.
• Experience with EventsAir (essential)
• Marketing coordination experience, including EDMs and social media content.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience within healthcare, dental, education, or professional services would be advantageous.
