Ubisoft is a global leader in gaming with teams across the world creating original and memorable gaming experiences, from Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six to Just Dance and more. We believe diverse perspectives help both players and teams thrive. If you’re passionate about innovation and pushing entertainment boundaries, join our journey and help us create the unknown!
Job Description
As a Senior Manager, Creative Project Management at Ubisoft, you will lead and support a team of Creative Project Managers within the Campaign Content Hub. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of creative asset production, ensuring briefs are translated into high-quality deliverables through effective coordination with internal creative teams and external agencies.
In this role, you will focus on production execution rather than campaign strategy or governance. You will help ensure projects move efficiently from briefing through delivery by aligning resources, maintaining production standards, and supporting smooth collaboration across teams.

What you’ll do
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Creative Project Managers through regular feedback, coaching, and performance guidance
- Coordinate workload distribution across the CPM team while maintaining flexibility across campaign priorities
- Establish consistent production workflows, briefing practices, tracking standards, and agency collaboration processes
- Support the resolution of production challenges related to timelines, resources, or unclear briefs
- Oversee the execution of creative asset production across static, video, CRM, paid media, D2P, and localized content formats
- Monitor production progress using shared workflow and delivery management tools to maintain accurate project visibility
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality asset delivery
- Maintain quality standards by reviewing deliverables for brand consistency, technical compliance, and alignment with approved creative direction
- Integrate quality control processes, including localization and compliance reviews, into production workflows
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring production issues and helping optimize processes and templates
