Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing on-site and remote technical support and solutions related to implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Directory Services (on Prem) and Azure AD (Cloud)
- Create New Azure AD Group for Managing External users
- Create New External User in Azure AD/ Use Invitation for Existing O365 External Users
- Add User/ Remove User From/To Existing Azure AD Group
- Remove External User from Azure AD
- Assign O365 License to External User
- Release O365 License for External User
- Generate Weekly/Monthly Azure AD (Office 365) related Reports
- Creating PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
