Job Title – Head of Strategy & Development – APM Supply Chain (ISU)

Job Location – Chennai, India

Reports to – Head of Engineering - APM

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Strategy & Development to lead strategic initiatives and business transformation across our Elevator Supply Chain organization. This leadership role will be responsible for driving strategy execution, change management, supply chain project management, and continuous improvement initiatives that support customer success and sustainable business growth.

Are you the One?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
• Minimum 20 to 25 years of experience in the Elevator industry, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Strategy roles.
• Relevant experience in SCPM (Supply Chain Project Management) / Change Management / Master Data Management / Continuous Improvement
• Proven track record in leading business transformation, operational excellence, and cross-functional programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
• Experience managing large-scale strategic projects and driving organizational improvements.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Certified PMP is an added advantage
• Lean 6 Sigma Certification is an added advantage

What will you be doing?

• Develop and drive the Supply Chain strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organizational change management and transformation programs.
• Oversee Supply Chain Project Management to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence programs across Engineering and Supply Chain functions.
• Partner closely with Frontline, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams to align priorities and execution.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms for key strategic projects.
• Identify growth opportunities, productivity improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.
